NO. We prefer no smoking in our vehicles, for the pleasure of all future renters. A cleaning charge will apply if our policy is violated.

If you have not heard from us within a few hours please follow-up with an email or fill in our contact form. Normally, the reply will be send to the client within the following 1-3 hours from the moment the request took place. If the client doesn't receive an answer, then the request didn't proceed or the offices of the company are closed.

You may select a colour but the Company is not obliged to provide it, if it is not available. That's why the colour cannot be granted as a reason for cancellation.

Contact us at 1-242-558-4129 immediately. In case of a key loss, it is fully paid by the renter.
With some types of rental there cannot be an immediate replacement of the key, or if necessary, the vehicle itself.

The insurance of our cars does not include under no circumstances the towing or the pushing of other vehicles. If such an action takes place, the insurance will no longer be valid and any damage occurring from towing or pushing is fully paid by the renter.
